We ship all non-express soap orders within 2 business days (M-F). Orders for soap making supplies may take longer. Delivery times do not count this processing time.
Most orders ship FedEx Ground. Depending on your location, ground delivery takes 3-5 business days (plus the weekends).
FedEx's expedited services are available at checkout. Express options include guaranteed 3-day, 2-day, and next day delivery. We will always ship an Express package within 1 business day from the date of the order.
Same day shipping may be available for orders. Express orders needing same day shipment must be placed by noon (mountain standard time), as the Express cut-off time is earlier than the Ground cut-off time. There is a rush fee of $20/box for guaranteed same-day shipping.
When we print your shipping label, FedEx will email the tracking number(s) to you. It is your responsibility to track your order and be available to receive the packages. Botanie is not responsible for orders that are not delivered because no one is present at the time of delivery, and it is up to the customer to work out delivery options with the shipping company. If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us and we will gladly provide it for you.

soaps
Soaps that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement at no additional cost.
We do not accept returns of any of our samples sets.
You may return undamaged soap bars (other than samples sets), in their original packaging, for a refund. Do not mix the soaps around. The return ship date must be within 14 days after you receive them to qualify for a refund.
Returned soap orders have a $10 restocking fee per shipping box.

soap making kits & soap making supplies
We can ship soap making kits within the continental 48 states only.
We cannot accept returns on soap making kits that have been opened.
We do not accept returns on any materials whose seals have been broken.
All soapmaking items (raw materials) have a $10/order restocking fee per returned box.
The return ship date must be within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund.

We cannot be responsible for returned products that do not reach us or that reach us in a damaged state. If you have a return, we encourage you to package the products well, use a standard carrier for shipment, and to note the package tracking number.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the product(s) that arrive back in good condition. Products that arrive back to us damaged are not eligible for a refund.
We cannot refund charges for the original shipping/handling or for the cost of shipping to return the product. If you refuse the shipment instead of receiving it and return shipping charges are billed to us, we will deduct this from your refund amount, as it is the return shipping cost.
Any restocking fees mentioned on this page will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original purchase price of an item is the amount that can be refunded.
Cancelled orders (before the products ship) have a $10 fee per shipping box to re-process your paperwork, refund your card, and re-stock the product if necessary.

International orders may take an additional 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Please check with your appropriate government agency to see what documents are required and what your government's policies are regarding the importation of soaps, vegetable oils, dried herbs, and/or essential oils.
We are not responsible for any duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the importer. The shipping charges paid as part of an order on our website include the cost of transportation only; they do not cover duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fees imposed by your country.
We are not responsible for any fees incurred because of refused merchandise.
Our shopping cart's estimated delivery times refer to business days (M-F) only. This does not include weekend days. We cannot estimate nor be responsible for delays due to your country's customs authority holding the order for inspection.
We cannot accept returns for international orders. If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it and issue a refund when appropriate.
Your country's import authorities may hold an order for inspection or any other reason. Botanie Soap is not responsible for these held orders nor for any actions taken by your country's import authorities, including delay, quarrantine, or disposal of the goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer/importer to know your country's import policies regarding the products we sell. In the case of a held order, it is the responsibility of the buyer/importer to work with your country's customs authority to resolve the issue.
