Shipping & Returns
- We ship all orders within 2 business days. Delivery times do not count this processing time.
- Soap orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Bulk orders ship FedEx Ground.
- Soap Making Kits and Supplies ship via FedEx Ground.
- Combination orders (soap and kits/supplies) ship FedEx Ground.
- We will ship via FedEx's expedited services upon request for an additional charge.
- Items that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement.
- You may return undamaged soap bars, in their original packaging. The return ship date must be within 7 days after you receive them to qualify for a refund.
- We can ship soap making kits within the continental 48 states only.
- We cannot accept returns on soap making kits that have been opened.
- We do not accept returns on any materials whose seals have been broken.
- We cannot be responsible for returned products that do not reach us. If you have a return, we encourage you to use a standard carrier for shipment and to note the package tracking number.
- Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the product. We cannot refund charges for the original shipping/handling or for the cost of shipping to return the product.
- To return a product for a refund, please include your name and address with the product, package it carefully, and ship to:
